Yes I am still awake at 3am but I am having a rare night of exciting brain thoughts so why not make the most of it
#im so excited about this business im starting!!!!#and like all the things i wanna do with it#i have so many ideas#and im gonna get a tattoooooooo#and ive been thinking of apl the self care things i wanna implement#and contemporary ice skating OH MY DAYSSSSSSS#i NEEEEED to get well enough that i can start skating again with that sort of expression as my aim#i am making it a priority#and regualr solo dates#and trying new things#and like actually genuinely prioritising myselfff#evenings have been so incredibly sucky recently#well so has my brain in general tbh#but tonight i have had a hit of inspiration so i am documenting that to remind myself that there are good moments too!!!#on being myself#on healing#on loving myself#self care#<33333
